- 1.2 Staff actions must be unbiased and professional.
- 1.3 Abuse of staff powers is strictly prohibited.
2.0 Professional Conduct
- 2.1 Staff must remain calm and respectful at all times.
- 2.2 Staff may not argue with players publicly.
- 2.3 Staff must not use sarcasm, insults, or threats.
3.0 Moderation Procedures
- 3.1 Staff should investigate before taking action.
- 3.2 Evidence should be collected when possible.
- 3.3 Verbal warnings should be used when appropriate.
- 3.4 Punishments must match severity.
4.0 In-Game Interventions
- 4.1 Scene freezes should only be used when necessary.
- 4.2 Staff must clearly explain why a scene is stopped.
- 4.3 RP should resume as soon as possible.
5.0 Reports & Tickets
- 5.1 All player reports must be handled seriously.
- 5.2 False reports are punishable.
- 5.3 Internal Affairs handles staff reports.
6.0 Confidentiality
- 6.1 Staff information must remain private.
- 6.2 Leaking staff discussions is prohibited.
