Staff members are entrusted with enforcing server rules, ensuring fair roleplay, and maintaining a professional environment across all California State Roleplay platforms.

2. Staff Roles & Permissions

  • Director / Executive: Final authority over all staff and server operations.
  • Executive Board: Oversees policy, leadership, and long-term direction.
  • Senior High Rank: Handles investigations, discipline, and administration oversight.
  • High Rank: Performs moderation, enforcement, and staff supervision.
  • Low Rank: Entry-level staff under supervision and training.

3. Staff Code of Conduct

  • Staff must remain professional at all times.
  • Abuse of power, bias, or favoritism is prohibited.
  • All actions must align with written policy.
  • The Chain of Command must be respected.

4. Communication & Activity

  • Staff must monitor in-game and Discord communications while on duty.
  • Reports and tickets must be handled promptly.
  • Activity expectations are enforced by management.

5. Training & Documentation

  • Required training must be completed before active moderation.
  • Probationary staff must shadow senior staff.
  • All incidents and punishments must be logged.

6. Discipline & Strikes

  • Violations may result in strikes, suspension, or termination.
  • Severe misconduct may result in immediate removal.
  • Disciplinary decisions are reviewed by management.

7. Professional Expectations

  • Lead by example.
  • Remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Support and mentor lower-ranked staff.
